Yi Yang, classe ’94, ha una grande passione per Kon Satoshi e per il cibo… tranne la rucola! Si è trasferita in Italia nel 2013 dove vive e lavora. Nel 2016 è stata selezionata per l’Illustrators Exibition del Bologna Children’s Book Fair e ha pubblicato Aiuto! (BAO Publishing), illustrato A colorful day (TianTian Publishing) e Sasso il pittore, sempre per il mercato cinese. Murasaki Yamada (やまだ紫, Yamada Murasaki), born Mitsuko Yamada (1948–2009) was a Japanese cartoonist, essayist and poet. She is considered a pioneer of literary comics, especially from a female perspective. Her work offered realistic portraits of women negotiating complicated family situations and social responsibilities.

Keum Suk Gendry-Kim

Keum Suk Gendry-Kim was born in the town of Goheung in Jeolla Province, a town famous for its beautiful mountains and sea. Her graphic novels include The Song of My Father, Jiseul, and Kogaeyi, which have been translated and published in France. She also wrote and illustrated The Baby Hanyeo Okrang Goes to Dokdo, A Day with My Grandpa, and My Mother Kang Geumsun. Zerocalcare sul finire del 2011 ha quasi 28 anni e per un sacco di tempo ha fatto soprattutto fumettacci sulle fanzine fotocopiate e locandine per concerti punk hardcore. Léa Murawiec

Léa Murawiec (Paris, 1994) is a French cartoonist.
Daughter of an architect and a designer, Léa studied graphic design at the École Estienne in Paris, then comics at the École Européenne Supérieure de l’Image in Angoulême.
Murawiec's strips have appeared in various French fanzines, as well as the kid comic magazine Biscoto. She co-founded Éditions Flutiste, an independent small press. Her debut graphic novel The Great Beyond (2021) has been translated in a number of languages and has received the 2024 Ignatz Award for Promising New Talent.

Fumiko Takano (高野文子, Takano Fumiko) is a Japanese cartoonist. She is considered an important figure of the manga 'New Wave' of the late 70's and early 80's.
Takano got interested in making manga in high school, when she discovered the influential work of Moto Hagio. She later moved to Tokyo, where she studied to become a nurse and worked as such for a couple of years. During that time, she continued drawing amateur manga (doujinshi).
