I 2010 debuterede jeg endelig som forfatter med selvudgivelsen DEN SIDSTE GENTLEMAN, som både lærte mig en del om udgivelsesprocessen og vakte interesse hos flere forlag.
Et af dem var Calibat, hvor mine efterfølgende bøger udkom.
Jeg skriver ”genrefilm på bogform”, som min dygtige forfatterkollega Jacob Krogsøe så kort og rammende har udtrykt det. Ligesom andre læsere igen og igen fortæller mig, at mine bøger er meget filmiske.
Det skyldes formentlig snarere min store kærlighed til filmmediet i almindelighed og genrefilm i særdeleshed end et bevidst valg. Men uanset årsagen omfavner jeg det 110%
