Duff Goldman is a baker and food artist who has been described as both audacious and creative. He founded and owns Baltimore's Charm City Cakes bakery, and stars in the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes. He is the author of Ace of Cakes: Inside the World of Charm City Cakes .
