Daniel Gillespie Clowes is an Academy Award-nominated American author, screenwriter and cartoonist of alternative comic books. Most of Clowes' work appears first in his anthology Eightball (1989-2004), a collection of self-contained narratives and serialized graphic novels. Several of these narratives have been collected published separately as graphic novels, most notably Ghost World. Massimo Mattioli (1943-2019) was an Italian cartoonist, illustrator and screenwriter.
Born in Rome, Mattioli debuted in the middle of the 60's with the comic Vermetto Sigh for the magazine 'Il Vittorioso'. David Shrigley

David Shrigley is a Glasgow-based artist. He attended City of Leicester Polytechnic's Art and Design course in 1987-1988, and subsequently studied Environmental Art at the Glasgow School of Art from 1988-1991. Shrigley is a lifelong supporter of Nottingham Forest FC.

Joost Vandecasteele
