I've been writing stories since I was twelve years old, but it was studying archaeology, especially prehistory, that really sparked my creativity. Working on excavations allows me to touch (pre)history in a very direct way, but to fit the pieces of the puzzle together, to reconstruct the missing parts of people's long-forgotten lives is something I love just as much. This inspired me to write my prehistoric children's novels, and I'm not done writing yet. The past is a far too mysterious and magical place to ever stop exploring!

Note on reviews and ratings: I love to write, but I also love to read! I'm keeping it simple right now: no stars, just a short, personal review and one single tag for the books that I truly adore. -
