Øyvind Berg er en norsk lyriker, dramatiker, skuespiller og oversetter. Berg har mellomfag i filosofi og litteratur samt studier i egyptologi fra Universitetet i Bergen og Universitetet i Tromsø.
Berg debuterte med diktsamlingen Retninger i 1982.
Hans forfatterskap inneholder både lyrikk, drama og gjendiktninger.
Han er også en av drivkreftene i teatergruppen Baktruppen.
