William Staub
I gave the US Army 52 years of my life as both a warrior/soldier and instructor; I am a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; studied novel writing at the University of Maryland--College Park; I have been married to the same woman for almost 52 years, and we have four children, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren (and counting).
I wrote a military action/adventure thriller, an espionage thriller, and three middle-grade books before settling into combining two things I know best. I now write Christian/LDS action/adventure thrillers. I don't preach religion in any of my books, but show how good Christians may stick to their beliefs and principles while facing violent challenges in this difficult wor

Chelsea O'Hara
Chelsea O’Hara writes psychological thrillers grounded in real life — inspired by experiments, human behaviour, and the darkness we try not to see. She’s fascinated by the fragility of memory, the strangeness of isolation, and the way ordinary people fracture under extraordinary pressure.

Her stories mix unsettling psychology with sharp, human edges — a little horror, a little heartbreak, and just enough dark humour to keep the lights on. She likes to say she writes about the things people prefer to ignore — the whispers in the walls, the truths we bury, and the shadows we pretend not to see.
Why did she start writing? She couldn’t tell you. Maybe to make sense of the chaos, maybe to lean into it. She’s always been fascinated by the human min -

Balroop Singh
Balroop Singh, an educator, a poet and an author always had a passion for writing. She would jot down her reflections on a piece of paper and forget about them till each drawer of her home started overflowing with poetic reminders, popping out at will! Sotto Voce
Hi, I am Sotto.

It is my shadow in my profile picture, taken fourteen years ago. I was around 3000 meters high (approx. 10000 feet) on a mountain called Rinjani. It was near dawn, and I was about to miss the sunrise on the peak as it was still a distance (vertical!) away. The terrain was difficult; I wasn't in tip-top condition since I hadn't been climbing for a long time. Nearing the peak, I slid down two steps for every three steps I took. It was exhausting; I considered quitting and kept questioning my existence and objective.
I didn't quit and reached there in an embarrassing amount of time. I missed the sunrise but, thankfully, also the sunrise crowd and had the peak all to myself. It was awesome. The mountain has a beautiful turquoise-c -

Dark, gritty, broken worlds; fast-moving plots, and morally grey characters; blurred lines between right and wrong, and plenty of twists. If you like the sound of that, you will enjoy E.K. Frances’ books.

Terry Birdgenaw
The author, Terry Birdgenaw, is a Metis of Oji-Cree, English, Scottish, Dutch and French-Canadian heritage, whose mother’s first cousin is a long-time lead elder of the Metis Nation of Canada. However, Terry would argue that by moving away from the Oji-Cree territory a few generations ago, his family became assimilated by European Canadian culture. Yet, Terry has long been fascinated by the story of his ancestor, Mistigoose, the indigenous Canadian woman who was the first to welcome a European into his mother’s family line.

Diana Mercedes Howell
I still have the copy of MADELINE awarded to me in the second grade. Reading Period was always my favorite part of the school day, and spelling bees, which I usually won unless Frankie Doetsch was present that day. Then we were the last two standing, and if I didn't choke, I won!

My first novel, Wishes Are Free, is strong on feel-good warmth and humor, healthy family relationships, and moments readers tell me gave them joyful goosebumps, that you get when you experience something beautiful.
I always wanted to connect with people in a feel-good way. Mission accomplished.

Jonathan Lucci
I sincerely believe that fiction can put us in touch with the most meaningful mysteries and truths of our human experience. My writing is admittedly prone to jumping genres, and someone who loves one book may not necessarily care for another. Nevertheless, I hope that in some small way my writing can help others grapple with the meaning of the past and the promise of the future.

My education is in history, philosophy and Catholic theology. As such, my writings fall into two very distinct categories: historical fiction and what I hope are intellectually challenging works of religious and supernatural fiction.
