Karel Jan Kosman
Karel Jan Kosman was born free-spirited in Prague at the center of the ancient Celtic Boii homeland—that is, Bo-hemia. The Czech and Slovak Republics are now free, loved by their citizens and visitors alike, but after WWII, former Czechoslovakia enjoyed that freedom only for three short years. Freshly liberated from a terror plaguing its western neighbor, the country fell under the same from the east. As an antidote to social engineering, Karel turned to independent thinkers like Jonathan Swift, Franz Kafka, Karel Čapek, Stanisław Lem. Those giants of social science fiction wrote to put their societies before a mirror, to open the minds of their contemporaries.

Tenkara Smart
Tenkara Smart grew up surfing in San Diego, California, even once having a close encounter with a hammerhead shark while surfing near the Mexican border, causing her to exit pronto! Now, living in Australia, where the sharks are generally larger, (and seemingly have more close-encounters with humans), she doesn’t surf - but she loves to kayak, paddleboard, walk/hike, and spend any minute she can with her husband. Together, they travel often, especially to Japan, where her heart feels at home.

Some thirty years ago, disenchanted with life's endless stop signs, he penned Kaleidoscopic Shades: Within Black Eternity and, if not for a chance meeting with a man of poetry, this multi-award winning book would have remained a secreted passion. After a two-year trek beyond the thin patina of reality, Neuman has finally released the sequel, The Penny Arcade: Mother's Care Orphanage, with the help of a small and highly dedicated team, admitting: Writing is like stumbling about the wilder -

Nottingham will always be my home. I adore its history, vibrancy and (of course) I am a Nottingham Forest fan. My family and some of my closest friends are based there. I have fond memories of exploring the shire with friends, family and my four legged companion, Duke.
That said, I have lived in Preston where I studied journalism at the University of Central Lancashire. Furthermore, I moved to the outskirts of Manchester with my wife in search of a creative outlet. I have always been drawn to the northwest of England by its history, music, culture, and a wealth of creative talent. Thankfully, I have met some amazing friends along the way.
