Judy Haveson
Judy Haveson is a proud Texan who will never lose her southern charm or accent and uses both when the situation absolutely calls for it. He claimed she’d be an editor’s nightmare because she wrote as she spoke and never stopped talking. This led her to a career in public relations. Judy’s fixation with reading books and stories about other people’s lives inspired her to write her debut memoir. She currently lives in New York City with her husband, Adam, son, Jack, and beloved Yorkie, Toby.

Gary C. Mele, Jr.
The oldest of five siblings, my brothers and sisters and I had anything but a normal childhood. From moving over twenty times, to parents in the hoosegow, cartoons and our own bright imaginations were our only escapes from chaos.

I have loved to write since the second time I had to complete the first grade, and I always knew that someday I'd write a memoir of my crazy childhood.
Writing my memoir sparked an insatiable need to keep telling stories, and my next foray was into fiction (Ah! The freedom!), Sci-fi, actually.
I live in Redington Shores, Florida with my husband, Anthony, our pit bull, Stella (who is about as dangerous as a teacup poodle) and the real terror of the house, our cat, Moxie. -

Jocelyn Patten
There was so much loveliness surrounding Jocelyn Patten as she grew up in Canada. Having moved to the country from her birthplace of Massachusetts at the age of two, Patten was surrounded by relatives and family friends who supported and loved her. And, yet, despite all this, she fell through the cracks into a world of both numbness and agitation. Family support did not protect her from a life of mental illness. It may have softened it a bit, her landing, but it didn’t prevent any of it, or dictate its course. There are many factors in the development of mental illness, family support being just one of them.

She has lived in Bridgnorth, Cambridge, Rethymnon (Crete), Mahe (Seychelles), and now lives in Charente Maritime with her husband and youngest son. The next place she wants to explore is probably Spain. Her husband is very tolerant, and secretly enjoys chaos.
