Teresa Argenbright
I was lucky to have been raised by a mother who loved solving crossword puzzles and was known for inventing silly song lyrics when she couldn’t remember the actual ones. She passed that love of language on to me.
Fast forward through my former lives as a writer of advertising content, fundraising campaigns and nonprofit grant requests. What I enjoyed most was composing whimsical poems for family and friends and finding new books to read to my kids at bedtime. For me, there’s nothing better than sharing a laugh with a child who has nestled into my ribcage and who wants to help turn the pages. My kids are now adults and I have the adventure of writing the books I would have chosen “back in the day.”
I totally acknowledge that life isn’t easy.

She began writing and recording children’s songs as the cartoon character CADi Grace, and she was hooked! That playful beginning led to award-winning adult songs—including an ASCAP honor for a veterans’ anthem, the featured song for Alabama’s Bicentennial, the theme for the Where Angels Play Foundation, and a top summer pick by NJ -
