Hi, I’m Taylor Jakovina — author of the psychological thriller What She Walked Into.

I write stories about buried memories, unreliable narrators, and small towns full of secrets. My debut novel follows Sophia Whitaker, who wakes up sleepwalking over her classmate’s buried body with no memory of how she got there. It’s a book about memory, silence, and the dangerous things we choose not to say.

When I’m not writing, I work in data analytics (which is really just another way of solving puzzles). I’m also a big fan of late-night thriller binges, indie bookstores, and long walks with my husband and dogs, Peaches & Cece.
