Sualzo

Antonio Vincenti, in arte Sualzo, è nato nel 1969 a Perugia. Disegnatore autodidatta inizia la sua carriera negli anni ’90 collaborando con “Il corriere della sera”. Diventa poi autore di libri per ragazzi e comincia subito a lavorare per le principali case editrici italiane. I suoi libri sono pubblicati in tre continenti. In Italia ha vinto il premio per la migliore sceneggiatura al Festi’BD di Moulins per L’improvvisatore (Rizzoli Lizard, 2009) ed è stato tra i cinque finalisti del Premio Micheluzzi 2010.
Da qualche anno pubblica con Tunué, Bao Publishing, TopiPittori e Il Castoro.

Guy Delisle

Born in Quebec, Canada, Guy Delisle studied animation at Sheridan College. Delisle has worked for numerous animation studios around the world, including CinéGroupe in Montreal.

Vera Brosgol

Vera Brosgol was born in Moscow, Russia in 1984 and moved to the United States when she was five. She received a diploma in Classical Animation from Sheridan College, and currently works at Laika Inc. in Portland, Oregon drawing storyboards for feature animation.

She has done illustration work for clients such as Nickelodeon, Sony Computer Entertainment, and Simon & Schuster. Her first graphic novel, Anya's Ghost, was published in 2011 by First Second Books.

Teresa Radice

Teresa Radice is an Italian comics writer, born in Milan in 1975.
In 2002 Radice started working for the Italian Disney magazine Topolino. For almost twenty years she scripted comics featuring such characters as Mickey, Donald, Scrooge, Goofy.
Since 2004 Radice has been involved in an artistic partnership with her husband, illustrator Stefano Turconi, also a prolific Italian Disney cartoonist. Since 2013 Radice and Turconi have published a number of graphic novels, which have received praises in Italy and France. Benjamín Labatut

Benjamin Labatut was born in Rotterdam, Netherlands. He spent his childhood in The Hague and Buenos Aires and when he was twelve years old he moved to Santiago de Chile, where he lives today.

Zerocalcare sul finire del 2011 ha quasi 28 anni e per un sacco di tempo ha fatto soprattutto fumettacci sulle fanzine fotocopiate e locandine per concerti punk hardcore. Vera Gheno

Vera Gheno è una sociolinguista. Nasce in Ungheria nel 1975. Si laurea e si addottora in Linguistica presso l'Università di Firenze, specializzandosi sulla comunicazione mediata dal computer. Flavia Biondi

Flavia Biondi nasce a Castelfiorentino (FI) nel 1988.

Fin da sempre appassionata alle storie che raccontano le vicende del quotidiano lavora ai suoi fumetti tutti incentrati su personaggi all’apparenza modesta ma dal grande cuore. Dopo il diploma artistico e la laurea triennale presso L’accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna in Fumetto e Illustrazione collabora con varie etichette di autoproduzione. Nel 2012 assieme a sette colleghi “accademici” fonda l’etichetta Manticora Autoproduzioni che pubblica la sua prima antologia, Sindrome, l’anno stesso.

Dopo esser stata segnalata dal concorso Komikazen 2011 collabora con la casa editrice Renbooks alla realizzazione del suo primo volume, Barba di Perle, che vede la luce nel dicembre 2012.

Alix Garin

Alix Garin was born in 1997 in Belgium. Her future career as a graphic novelist emerged very early on, and she plunged straight into comics art studies after high school.
