Sofie Verdoodt
Sofie Verdoodt (°1983, Gent) publiceerde twee dichtbundels bij Poëziecentrum. Haar werk verscheen in tijdschriften als nY, Poëziekrant, DW B en De Brakke Hond. Haar gedichten werden ook opgenomen in bloemlezingen als De Volksverheffing (Uitgeverij Atlas), De 100 beste gedichten voor de VSB-poëzieprijs (Arbeiderspers), de 44 beste gedichten van de Herman de Coninckprijs (Poëziecentrum/Behoud de Begeerte) en Nieuw Groot Verzenboek (Lannoo).
Doodwater (Poëziecentrum, 2014) is haar debuut. In 2015 verscheen een live opname van haar samenwerking met de Belgische band Amenra bij Consouling Sounds (7" vinyl). Ook met BARST/Karen Willems nam ze een concept album met spoken word op. Haar tweede dichtbundel Anker Kruis Hart

Ali Smith is a writer, born in Inverness, Scotland, to working-class parents. She was raised in a council house in Inverness and now lives in Cambridge. She studied at Aberdeen, and then at Cambridge, for a Ph.D. that was never finished.
