Howard Shifke was born in Miami, Florida on March 23, 1961. In 1983, he graduated from college and in 1986, he graduated from law school. On October 16, 1988, he married Sally, and they have three wonderful children. In 2009, Howard got Parkinson's Disease, and he developed an alternative methodology for recovery.
