Saylor Ferguson
Saylor Ferguson has been writing stories featuring animals for longer than she can remember. To this day, she's a firm believer that there just aren't enough creature fantasy tales, and she has made it one of her life goals to remedy this issue. When not writing tales of dragons, griffins, birds, or wolves-- or some combination of the four-- she can be found hawking, fishing, or hiking. Along with one grumpy guinea pig, Saylor lives in North Carolina, where she finds great inspiration in the natural beauty and varied wildlife.

Max Florschutz
Max Florschutz was born and raised in the wilds of southeast Alaska, on a little island that boasted both a large, lumber-based economy and one of the highest rainfalls to ever not be desired by humanity. In 2004 he began attending college at Brigham Young University Provo, taking a two-year break to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
