Pedro Carmona-Alvarez

Pedro Carmona-Alvarez er født i 1972 i La Serena, Chile, oppvokst på Kolbotn utenfor Oslo, bosatt i Bergen. Med debutsamlingen Helter (1997) ga han et vitalt tilskudd til norsk poesi. Siden debuten har han utgitt en rekke bøker i ulike sjangrer. Han har dessuten vært redaktør for Cappelen Damms debutantantologi Signaler og for Verden finnes ikke på kartet, en antologi med gjendiktninger av internasjonal samtidspoesi (med Gunnar Wærness). Carmona-Alvarez har mottatt en rekke priser, blant annet Sultprisen, P2-lytternes romanpris og Kritikerprisen. Han er også musiker i flere band

Erlend Loe

Erlend Loe is a Norwegian novelist. He worked at a psychiatric clinic, and was later a freelance journalist for Norwegian newspaper Adresseavisen. Loe now lives and works in Oslo where in 1998 he co-founded Screenwriters Oslo - an office community for screenwriters.

In 1993 he debuted with the book Tatt av kvinnen, and a year later published a children's book, Fisken, about a forklift operator named Kurt. Loe has a distinctive style of writing which is often likened to naïve art. He often uses irony, exaggeration and humor.

Norwegian author Tore Renberg (born 1972) made his literary debut in 1995 with the collection of short prose "Sovende floke".

His novel "Mannen som elsket Yngve" was made into a movie in 2008, and instantly became a major success in Norwegian cinemas.

Frode Grytten (born December 11, 1960 in Odda) is a Norwegian writer and journalist. He is the author of the Brage award-winning novel Bikubesong ('Song of the Beehive'), and other collections of short stories and poetry. His works have been translated into Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German, Dutch, Albanian, Croatian and Chinese.

Grytten is a native of the industrial town Odda, which often features in his work.

Kyrre Andreassen

Kyrre Andreassen er en norsk forfatter, utdannet cand.mag. ved Universitetet i Oslo med fagene idéhistorie, litteraturvitenskap og nordisk. Han debuterte i 1997 med novellesamlingen «Det er her du har venna dine».

Marit Eikemo (f. 1971) er frå Odda og bur i Bergen. Ho har tidlegare arbeidd som tidsskriftredaktør, festivalsjef for Litteratursymposiet i Odda, forlagsredaktør, leiar for Cornerteatret i Bergen og er i dag programsjef for Norsk Litteraturfestival.

Kjersti Annesdatter Skomsvold

Kjersti Annesdatter Skomsvold made her literary debut in 2009 with the novel 'The Faster I Walk, the Smaller I Am'. Brit Bildøen

Brit Bildøen (født 28. januar 1962 i Ålesund) er en norsk forfatter og lyriker, oppvokst på Aukra. Bildøen er utdannet som, og har arbeidet som bibliotekar, har studert sosiologi og gått på Skrivekunstakademiet i Hordaland. Hun arbeider nå som forfatter, gjendikter, oversetter, forlagskonsulent og litteraturkritiker, blant annet for Dagbladet fra 1996. Hun har vært medlem av Den norske forfatterforeningens litterære Råd. Hun var i 2001 festspilldikter for Dei nynorske festspela i Ørsta.
