Pisarka i publisystka. Jej pierwsza książka Lalki w ogniu. Opowieści z Indii (Carta Blanca, 2011) została uznana za jeden z najważniejszych debiutów reporterskich ostatnich lat.

Paulina Wilk od roku 2000 publikuje teksty prasowe. Współpracuje z „Tygodnikiem Powszechnym”, „Polityką” i magazynem reporterów „Kontynenty”, a także TVP Kultura i Polskim Radiem. Od 2003 do 2011 roku pracowała w dziale kultury „Rzeczpospolitej”.
Jest współzałożycielką Fundacji „Kultura nie boli” działającej na rzecz edukacji kulturalnej i promocji literatury, a także współorganizatorką Big Book Festival – międzynarodowego festiwalu książki, który od 2013 roku odbywa się w Warszawie.

Alistair MacLean

Alistair Stuart MacLean (Scottish Gaelic: Alasdair MacGill-Eain), the son of a Scots Minister, was brought up in the Scottish Highlands. Sven Lindqvist

Dr. Sven Lindqvist was a Swedish author of mostly non-fiction.

He held a PhD in History of literature from Stockholm University (his thesis, in 1966, was on Vilhelm Ekelund) and a 1979 honorary doctorate from Uppsala University. In 1960–1961, he worked as cultural attaché at the Swedish embassy in Beijing, China. From 1956–86 he was married to Cecilia Lindqvist, with whom he had two children. He was married to the economist Agneta Stark since 1986. He lived in the Södermalm area of central Stockholm.

Yōko Ogawa

Yōko Ogawa (小川洋子) was born in Okayama, Okayama Prefecture, graduated from Waseda University, and lives in Ashiya. Since 1988, she has published more than twenty works of fiction and nonfiction. Nino Haratischwili

Nino Haratischwili (Georgian: ნინო ხარატიშვილი) is a Georgian-born German novelist, playwright, and theater director.

Haratischwili was born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, where she attended a German-language school. To escape the political and social chaos that followed the collapse of the Soviet Union, she moved to Germany for two years in the early 1990s with her mother, where she attended the seventh and the eighth grade of school. Her family returned to Georgia afterwards. Haratischwili later moved to Germany again in order to attend drama school in Hamburg. She became a German citizen in 2012.
