Escritor mexicano, Leopoldo Mendívil López es conocido tanto su labor para la administración mexicana en el INFONAVIT como por sus libros dedicados a esclarecer misterios y conjuras históricas.

Ha trabajado como publicista en la casa Nautilus-Grupo Elektra, propdujo y escribió programas televisivos para la Presidencia de la República y participó como conductor de la serie televisiva "El Otro México". Es autor de la novela "Psi-Code", que aborda los últimos avances científicos relacionados con el cerebro y los programas secretos del Gobierno de Estados Unidos en esta materia.

Es descendiente directo del general Bernardo Reyes.
