Jorge Zepeda Patterson

Economista por la Universidad de Guadalajara, Maestro en Ciencias Sociales por Flacso, UNESCO. Estudios de Doctorado en ciencias políticas en la Sorbona, París.

Formado periodísticamente en El País de Madrid, España, fundó y dirigió el periódico Siglo 21, de Guadalajara en 1991. En 1997 fundó y dirigió el periódico Público, en Guadalajara. De 2008 a 2010 fue director del periódico El Universal en la Ciudad de México. De 1999 a 2002 había sido subdirector de ese diario. Fundó y dirigió la revista semanal Día Siete, suplemento dominical de una veintena de diarios en el país.

Su columna dominical se publica en 15 diarios.

Actualmente dirige el sitio de internet www.sinembargo.mx

Los Corruptores es su primera novela.
