Sanjeev Uprety is an Associate Professor at the Central Department of English, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. He is the author of notable novel Ghanchakkar, and a collection of essays, Siddhanta ka Kura.
Daulat Bikram Bista was a prominent Nepali literary figure. He started his writing career by writing a poem "Aakha" which was published in 2004 B.S. He has received two major literary awards Madan Puraskar for his novel "Jyoti Jyoti Mahajyoti" in 2045 B.S. and Sajha Puraskar for story collections "Aansu Tyasai Tyasai Chhachalkinchha" in 2048 B.S.
