Kemal Okuyan
Kemal Okuyan (d. 1962), Türkiye Komünist Partisi Merkez Komite Üyesi ve günlük soL gazetesinin genel yayın yönetmenidir.
1962'de doğan Okuyan'ın çocukluk ve gençlik yılları İzmir ve İstanbul'da geçmiştir. İzmir Bornova Anadolu Lisesi'nin ardından Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi bölümünü bitirmiştir.
Siyasi hayatı lise yıllarında TİP içinde başlamıştır. 1980 yılında 11 ay boyunca yayınlanan Sosyalist İktidar dergisi çevresinde bulunmuş ve yine ilk yazıları bu dergide yayınlanmıştır. 1986 yılında yayın hayatına başlayan Gelenek dergisinin yayın kurulunda ve bu dergi çevresinde oluşan hareketin önder kadrosu içinde yer almış, bu hareketin daha sonra partileşme süreçlerinde önce Sosyalist Türkiye Partisi, ardından Sosyalist İktidar Partisi'n
