Herman Joachim Bang (20. april 1857 – 29. januar 1912) var en dansk kritiker, forfatter og journalist. Han blev født i Asserballe på Als i hertugdømmet Slesvig som søn af sognepræst Frederik Ludvig Bang (1816-1875) og hustru Thora Elisabeth Salomine Blach (1829-1871) og blev student i 1875 fra Sorø Akademi. Herman Bang er kendt for sin impressionistiske skrivestil. Herman Bang døde i Ogden i Utah i USA under en oplæsningsturné og er begravet på Vestre Kirkegård i København.

Milan Kundera

Milan Kundera (1 April 1929 – 11 July 2023) was a Czech and French novelist. He went into exile in France in 1975, acquiring citizenship in 1981. His Czechoslovak citizenship was revoked in 1979, but he was granted Czech citizenship in 2019.

Kundera wrote in Czech and French. He revises the French translations of all his books; people therefore consider these original works as not translations. He is best known for his novels, including The Joke (1967), The Book of Laughter and Forgetting (1979), and The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1984), all of which exhibit his extreme though often comical skepticism.

Jón moved to Keflavík when he was 12 and returned to Reykjavík in 1986 with his highschool diploma. From 1975 – 1982 he spent a good deal of his time in West Iceland, where he did various jobs: worked in a slaughterhouse, in the fishing industry, doing masonry and for one summer as a police officer at Keflavík International Airport. Maren Uthaug

Maren Uthaug (født 1972) er blogger, stribe-tegner og forfatter af halvt samisk, halvt norsk oprindelse.

Hella Joof

Hella Joof, født 1962, er komiker, skuespiller, instruktør og forfatter. Hella Joof blev kendt i offentligheden først i comedy-showet Lex & Klatten (sammen med Paprika Steen, Martin Brygmann og Peter Frödin) og senere Det Brune Punktum. Derudover er Hella Joof kendt og elsket for sin produktion af børne-tv, heriblandt ”Bullerfnis” og ”Far, mor og Blyp”.

Emma Holten

Emma Holten (born 1991) is a Danish-Swedish feminist debater, online humans rights activist and editor of the Danish magazine Friktion. Holten graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a master's degree in literary science.

Holten became famous in Denmark in 2014 when she took a stand against revenge porn. In 2011 Holten had naked pictures stolen from her and distributed over the internet without her consent. The harassment led her to becoming an activist for the right to privacy on the internet and a prominent voice in the Danish feminist debate.
