Hella Joof

Hella Joof, født 1962, er komiker, skuespiller, instruktør og forfatter. Hella Joof blev kendt i offentligheden først i comedy-showet Lex & Klatten (sammen med Paprika Steen, Martin Brygmann og Peter Frödin) og senere Det Brune Punktum. Derudover er Hella Joof kendt og elsket for sin produktion af børne-tv, heriblandt ”Bullerfnis” og ”Far, mor og Blyp”.

Hella Joof debuterede som filminstruktør med ”En kort, en lang” fra 2001 og har senere stået bag film som ”Oh, Happy Day” fra 2004, ”Se min kjole” fra 2009 og ”All Inclusive” fra 2014.

Som forfatter har Hella Joof skrevet børnebogen SNITTEN & KIS - FRYGT OG BÆVEN OG EN MAND PÅ STRØMPESOKKER. For den vandt hun BMF’s Børnebogspris i 2014.

Baroness Karen von Blixen-Finecke (Danish: [kʰɑːɑn ˈb̥leɡ̊sn̩]; 17 April 1885 – 7 September 1962), born Karen Christentze Dinesen, was a Danish author, also known by the pen name Isak Dinesen, who wrote works in Danish, French and English. Leonora Christina Ulfeldt

Leonora Christina Ulfeldt var datter af Christian 4. og Kirsten Munk. Hun var grevinde til Slesvig og Holsten. Hun blev 9. oktober 1636 som 15-årig gift med rigsgreve og rigshofmester Corfitz Ulfeldt, men kaldte sig aldrig Ulfeldt.

Yahya Hassan was a Danish-Palestinian poet who has attracted attention and stirred debate about Islam's place in Denmark based on poetry he wrote which was critical of Islam.
His parents came to Denmark in the 80s as refugees from Palestine. He grew up with his parents and four sibling in Gellerupparken in Aarhus, an area which has been described as an immigrant ghetto. He grew up in a religious environment but has since abandoned religion.
At 13 he was transferred to an institution for children with problem behaviour due to difficulties adapting to school, and petty crime. He dropped out of school at thirteen.
He developed a keen interest in reading, litterature, and began writing poetry.

Maren Uthaug

Maren Uthaug (født 1972) er blogger, stribe-tegner og forfatter af halvt samisk, halvt norsk oprindelse.

Uthaug vandt i 2013 Politikens tegneseriekonkurrence og har derfor siden haft en fast stribe i avisens kultursektion under overskriften Ting, jeg gjorde. Emma Holten

Emma Holten (born 1991) is a Danish-Swedish feminist debater, online humans rights activist and editor of the Danish magazine Friktion. Holten graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a master's degree in literary science.

Holten became famous in Denmark in 2014 when she took a stand against revenge porn. In 2011 Holten had naked pictures stolen from her and distributed over the internet without her consent. Knud Sønderby

Knud Sønderby (1909-1966) was an eminent Danish novelist, journalist , translator and essayist. The initial printing of his first novel, Midt i en Jazztid (In a Jazz Age) sold out in fourteen days due to its immediate popularity among the youth of Denmark. Today it is his most well-known work and an integral piece of the Danish literary canon. For two decades Sønderby wrote as a journalist for three major Danish newspapers while publishing four additional novels, six plays, six essay collections, and translating numerous works into Danish for the Royal Theater, including Death of a Salesman, Joan of Arc and The Cherry Orchard. Hanne-Vibeke Holst

Hanne-Vibeke Holst (born February 21, 1959 in Hjørring, Denmark) is a Danish author. She has an education as a journalist and has worked on the Danish newspapers Berlingske Tidende and Søndags B.T.

She is the daughter of authors Knud Holst Andersen and Kirsten Johanne Høybye. She was married in 1984. Today, she acts as a Goodwill Ambassador to the UNFPA and is a personal appointed member of the Danish UNESCO National Commission.

Her books are mainly about modern women facing both new options and old problems, and have been translated to several languages, including German, Dutch, and Swedish.
