Jacobo Fernández Serrano (Vigo, 1971) es licenciado en Bellas Artes en la especialidad de pintura por la Universidad Complutense. Ilustrador, pintor, diseñador y cómico, como autor de literatura infantil publicó en la colección Merlin de Xerais los libros A gardería de dona Bixelmina (2005), A pedra e as formigas (2006) y Mil cosas poden pasar. Libro I (2009), Premio Merlín de literatura infantil.
