  Yamamoto Tsunetomo (山本 常朝), also read Yamamoto Jōchō (June 11, 1659 – November 30, 1719), was a samurai of the Saga Domain in Hizen Province under his lord Nabeshima Mitsushige.

When Nabeshima died in 1700, Yamamoto did not choose to follow his master in death in junshi because the master had expressed a dislike of the practice in his life.   Motohisa Yamakage - 山蔭基央 est né en 1925 et a été élevé dans une vieille famille shintoïste. À l'âge de dix-huit ans, il a été initié aux mystères du shinto et, en 1965, est devenu le 79e grand maître du shinto Yamakage. Il est diplômé d'économie de l'université asiatique de Tokyo.

  This mathematician studied canon law and medicine at Kraków, Bologna, Rome, Padua, and Ferrara. Copernicus published an interesting early description of his Solar System in Commentariolus in (1512. Ancients invented the equant point, a known device, which actually not exactly slightly offset the Solar System. After not new theories of Aristarchus of Samos and Nicholas of Cusa, Copernicus also worked out his similar idea Solar System in full mathematical detail.
