Govinda Bahadur Malla
Govinda Bahadur Malla (Nepali: गोविन्दबहादुर मल्ल 'गोठाले') popularly known as 'Gothale' is one of the prominent figure in Nepali literature. He started his writing career by writing a poem "Mamata" which was published in 1992 B.S. He gave a new dimension to story writing in Nepal by adding psychoanalytical study of the characters. He is one of the prominent figure in short story writing. He served as the first editor of Awaj daily and later as an editor of Sarada, a literary magazine run by his family. He was also a member of Royal Nepal Academy. His popular works are Pallo Ghar Ko Jhyal, Kathai Katha, Chyatiyeko Parda, Bhoko Ghar etc.
