Florence er specialist i Klinisk Psykologi, Psykoterapi, Børneneuropsykologi og er godkendt superviser.
Florence har en Master of Science in Criminal Profiling (Kandidatgrad i Kriminalprolilering) hos Evidentia University, USA og en professionel diplomuddannelse fra The Forensic Criminology Institut v/ Dr. Brent Turvey i USA i Criminal Profiling og Crime Scene Analysis og hun har en certificeret uddannelse i Criminal Profiling fra Heritage university/Behavior & Law i USA.
Florence er fuldtidsselvstændig, hvor hun skriver bøger og er konsulent på forskellige opgaver.

Alia Trabucco Zerán
Alia Trabucco Zerán (born 1983) is a Chilean writer. She was awarded a Fulbright scholarship for her MFA in Creative Writing at New York University and has a PhD in Spanish and Latin American Studies from University College London. Richard Shepherd was born in West London but grew up in Watford. He trained as a doctor at St George's Hospital medical school at Hyde Park Corner, qualifying in 1977, and then completed his postgraduate training as a forensic pathologist in 1987. He immediately joined what was then the elite forensic department at Guy's Hospital.
