Fadime Uslu, 1978 yılında Adana'da doğdu. Ege Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Sanat Tarihi Bölümü'nden sonra Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi'nde sınıf öğretmenliği eğitimini tamamladı. Editörlük ve yayın yönetmenliği yaptı. İlk öyküleri Sözcükler dergisinde;öykü ve kitap incelem yazıları Varlık, Kitaplık, Sarnıç, Notos dergilerinde yer aldı. İlk öykü kitabı Büyük Kızlar Ağlamaz 2010'da, Sokağın Kuyruğu adlı çocuk kitabı 2011'de yayımlandı. Gölgede Yaşamak adlı öykü dosyası 2011 Yunus Nadi Öykü Ödülü'ne değer görüldü. Yaz Korkuları isimli öykü kitabı 2014 yılında Can Yayınlarınca yayımlandı. Yazarın, Çat Kapı Dayım (2012) ve Kaçak Kahramanlar (2014) adlı iki çocuk romanı da vardır.
