Dany Salvatierra

Dany Salvatierra (1980) is a Peruvian writer. He has published three novels, one short story collection and several pieces of fiction, journalism and authored personal essays featured in magazines throughout Latin America and the United States. He is noted for being one of the first Spanish-speaking authors to venture into the transgressive fiction genre. His work, labeled as "provocative", combines melodrama, magic realism, science-fiction, historical revisionism and dystopian fiction and is featured in contemporary Peruvian literature anthologies.
