Ahmet Tulgar

1959 yılında doğdu. Sankt Georg Avusturya Lisesi'ni bitirdikten sonra Viyana Üniversitesi'nde Siyaset Bilimi, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi'nde İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı okudu. 1987'de Sabah Dergi Grubu'nda başladığı gazeteciliğe çeşitli gazete, dergi ve TV kanallarında muhabir, yazar ve yönetici olarak devam etti.
