Biographie
Michel Peyramaure est né en 1922 à Brive-la-Gaillarde, en Corrèze. À sa sortie du collège, il travaille dans l'imprimerie de son père, où il compose ses premiers poèmes, puis devient journaliste à La Montagne, avant de se consacrer à l'écriture littéraire. En 1954, il publie son premier roman, Paradis entre quatre murs, aux éditions Robert Laffont. L'année
