Sinds een aantal jaar tekent Erik de Graaf strips. Jeugdherinneringen zijn de inspiratie voor zijn strips. Niet alles wat hij tekent heeft hij zo beleefd, maar de strips geven wel een tijdbeeld. Zo hebben de gebruiksvoorwerpen die te zien zijn wel echt bestaan.
