Terry credits her mother and maternal grandmother for nurturing her love of books. As a lifetime reader, she is drawn to coming-of-age novels and Southern literary fiction, but can't pass up a good mystery. Her favorite book of all time is Harper Lee's "To Kill A Mockingbird," which she was assigned to read in ninth grade--and has re-read almost every year since. Because of her prior involvement in cat rescue, Terry collects books on stray, feral, lost, and -

Prior to that it had been a journey-though books have always been in my background. My mother was an editor at Dell Publishing (she'd greeted me at birth with "Nice to see you again"), and I worked in a literary agency--Henry Morrison Inc. while going to college. At the agency I started by delivering manuscripts to publishers in New York City (plenty of subway rides and runs across town), and eventually handled foreign rights, selling on behalf of authors such as Robert Ludlum.

Antanas Marcelionis
Master Version 1.1 is my first book. I’ve been writing for most of my life—not books, but code. I’m a software programmer. Together with Martynas Majeris, who translated Master Version 1.1 into English, we run a tiny company—essentially a two-and-a-half-man operation (sans Charlie)—but one that’s extremely successful in its field: amCharts. We estimate that our data visualization libraries are now used by at least half of the Fortune 500 companies and thousands of smaller businesses. Besides this main activity—which, even after nearly two decades, is still fun—I also enjoy long-distance bike travel and participate in competitive sailing events, both fully crewed and double-handed. When it comes to my reading habits, I prefer science fiction

Julie Tomlinson
Julie Tomlinson, a former advertising executive turned author, channels her lifelong passion for storytelling into compelling, heartfelt narratives that embrace vulnerability and depth. A proud later-in-life lesbian, she lives in Chicagoland with her preteen son and three spirited cats, and enjoys the endless hustle of being a devoted sports mom. As an elder millennial, Julie fondly reflects on her generation’s contributions to destigmatizing mental health and remembers the simple joys of 90s Friday Night TGIF. Fueled by early morning creativity, an energy drink (or two), and quiet, tea-filled evenings, she writes to inspire connection, spark conversation, and celebrate the power of raw authenticity. 365 Days of Becoming is her debut novel.
