Vijaya Rajadhyaksha
डॉ. विजया राजाध्यक्ष (५ ऑगस्ट इ.स. १९३३ - हयात) या मराठी भाषेतील स्त्रीवादी लेखिका व समीक्षक आहेत. त्यांनी एल्फिन्स्टन महाविद्यालयात व एस.एन.डी.टी. विद्यापीठात मराठीचे अध्यापन केले आहे.
विजया राजाध्यक्ष महाविद्यालयात असताना त्यांची पहिली कथा स्त्री मासिकातून प्रसिद्ध झाली. अधांतर हा त्यांचा पहिला संग्रह होता. त्यानंतर ‘विदेही’, ‘अनोळखी’, ‘अकल्पित’, ‘हुंकार’, ‘अखेरचे पर्व’, ‘उत्तरार्ध’, ‘आधी...नंतर’ असे त्यांचे एकूण १९ कथासंग्रह प्रकाशित झाले आहेत. विजयाबाईंची कथा प्रामुख्याने मध्यमवर्गीय परिवेशातील स्त्रीजीवन चित्रित करण्यावर भर देते. विशिष्ट कालखंडातील प्रश्नांपेक्षा जन्म व मृत्यू या टोकांतील जीवनाचे प्रयोजन, स्त्री-पुरुषांची आणि आई-मूल, पती-पत्नी अशी कौटुंबिक नाती आणि त्यांनी जीवनाला दिलेला अर्थ, यांचा परोपरीने वेध घेणारी त्यांची कथा विश
