Tomas Lieske

Tomas Lieske (1943), pseudoniem van Ton van Drunen, groeide op in de Haagse wijk Bezuidenhout en studeerde Nederlands en Theaterwetenschappen.

Lieskes literaire debuut vindt vrij laat plaats. Hij is 38 wanneer zijn gedichten voor het eerst in de literaire tijdschriften Tirade en Revisor verschijnen. In die periode wordt hij ook benaderd om voor Tirade een poëziekroniek te schrijven. Deze essays komen terecht in de bundel Een hoofd in de toendra. Lieske heeft dan al twee dichtbundels op zijn naam staan.

Met zijn prozadebuut Oorlogstuinen (1992) verdient hij de Geertjan Lubberhuizen-prijs. Zijn daarop volgende romans Nachtkwartier (1995), Franklin (2000) en Gran Café Boulevard (2003) worden alledrie genomineerd voor de Libris Literatuur Prijs,

Marcel Möring was born in 1957 in Enschede, an industrial town near the Dutch-German border, where he attended a Montessori primary school. In the late sixties his family moved north, to Assen, a small town moderately famous for its annual TT motor races. He finished secondary school and studied Dutch literature for two years, then went from one odd job to another. Since he had already decided to become a writer at the age of thirteen, he saw no point in further education. Annet Schaap

Annet Schaap wilde altijd al tekenaar worden, of schrijver, of ontdekkingsreizigster.

Ze studeerde aan twee kunstacademies en een schrijversschool.

Sinds 1991 illustreerde ze bijna 200 kinderboeken en is in Nederland het meest bekend door haar tekeningen bij de succesvolle Hoe Overleef Ik-serie van Francine Oomen. Maar ze illustreerde ook veel boeken van andere geliefde schrijvers, zoals Janneke Schotveld, Manon Sikkel, Jacques Vriens, Annie M.G. Schmidt en Astrid Lindgren.
