MY SPOTS:
One school day, I went to her school to have lunch with her. One of her favorite friends sat with us. He turned to me and asked innocently, "Why she got all those spots?"

I realized my daughter was facing these questions alone, everyday. This motivated me to write a book for children explaining "all those spots."

I hope it is informational as well as encouraging for children who have vitiligo.

I plan to continue writing, unsure of where it will take me.
