Sutapa Basu is an avid reader and a compulsive bookworm. She is an irrepressible storyteller to children and pens down tales with twists for the adult audience. Her poetry is an evocation of Nature resonating with mystical introspection. A professional career as teacher, editor, and publisher had seen her traipsing across the vast Indian subcontinent with short detours into nearby Nepal and Bhutan and not-so-nearby Dubai and the United States while working with a couple of renowned international publishing houses until she decided to strike out on her own.
