Solomon J. Brager

Solomon JB Brager is a cartoonist, writer, and teacher living in Lenapehoking, Brooklyn New York. Their first monograph, the graphic nonfiction work Heavyweight, is forthcoming from William Morrow, and they are a 2023-2025 Jerome Hill Artists Fellow. Their comics and research have appeared in The Nib, Jewish Currents, and World War 3 Illustrated, the International Journal of Communication, The Holocaust in History and Memory, Pinko Magazine, Refract Journal, Art Forum, and The New Inquiry, among other publications. They are a founding editor of Pinko Magazine and publisher of the Doykeit zine series.

Alex L. Combs

I live in the San Francisco Bay area where I teach and make art. I earned a BA in art with a focus in printmaking and a BA in Gender Studies from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2011, and in 2019 I earned an MFA in Comics from California College of the Arts. Right now I’m working on my first full-length graphic novel about transgender history.

I first started exhibiting my self-published comics and art at conventions in 2009. Aminder Dhaliwal is a native of Brampton, Ontario and received a Bachelors of Animation from Sheridan College. She now lives in Los Angeles, where she is the Director at Disney TV Animation. Molly Knox Ostertag

I grew up in the forests of upstate New York, where I spent the first half of my childhood reading about fantastical adventures and the second half acting them out with foam swords at a live action roleplaying camp . Beth Hetland is an American cartoonist, illustrator and educator.
Hetland studied fine arts at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA 2009) and comics at The Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont (MFA 2011). Joe Sacco was born in Malta on October 2, 1960. At the age of one, he moved with his family to Australia, where he spent his childhood until 1972, when they moved to Los Angeles. He began his journalism career working on the Sunset High School newspaper in Beaverton, Oregon. Sholom Aleichem

Russian-born American humorist Sholem Aleichem or Sholom Aleichem, originally Solomon Rabinowitz, in Yiddish originally wrote stories and plays, the basis for the musical Fiddler on the Roof .
