My full name is James Francis Moloney and I was born in Sydney, Australia on 20 September, 1954. When I was seven years old, my family moved to Brisbane and except for the odd year or two, I have lived in Brisbane ever since. At school, I was into every sport going - cricket, footy, swimming - you name it. It's hard to believe now but in High School, I was a champion Long Jumper! After University I became a teacher and then a Teacher Librarian. I moved around from school to school and in 1977-8 found myself in Cunnamulla, a little "outback" town where many Indigenous Australians live. These turned out to be important years for my writing.

I am a new writer, with a small body of work, and I am someone who is interested in many genres. Because of that, I think it will hard to pin down what kind of writer I am.
I've recently finished my horror series, Moorehead Manor; however, I do not see myself as a horror writer. At present, I am working on my next book. It's the kind of novel Jane Austen would pen, were she writing a time traveling, murder mystery (slash) gay romance. After that, I hope to dive into a WWII story that's been on my brain for years.
Yep. My writing is all ove -

Do you know what Bradley's best numbers are?
Zero and One.
Zero is the number of books he had before he started writing even One day in a row.
One is the number of books (and days in a row) he wrote once he finally got over his imposter syndrome, his perfectionism, doubt, fear, anxiety, and last but not least: procrastination.
The problem was that he started out trying to write his Best Book Ever. (PRO TIP: impossible)
It would have made things a whole lot easier, faster, and a ton more fun had he only started with his Worst Book Ever.
