Shūsuke Shizukui
Shusuke Shizukui (雫井 脩介, 1968–) made his publishing debut after winning the Shincho Mystery Club Prize in 1999 for a suspense novel set in the world of judo, Eiko itto (Path to Glory). He received the Haruhiko Oyabu Award for Hannin ni tsugu (The Investigation Game) in 2005, and the novel about a serial kidnapper and murderer became a bestseller.
