Shawn Metivier
Shawn Metivier is the author of BLUE MONK, BLIND ALLEY.
He is a former Chicago bartender who grew up in Oklahoma City. The move from OKC to CHI was a personality-shaping life choice that he will never regret. Both cities will be part of him for life.
Working the right amount of nights to allow for more creative energy has always been of paramount importance. That balancing act was quite the tango, but a dance he would never sit out.
He now lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his fiancée, Kendra, and Chicago rescue mutt, Lamont.
