Emmelie Pettersén Uggla (E.P. Uggla) is a Swedish dystopian author who writes both for adults and young adults. She is born in the Southern parts of Sweden but now lives outside of Stockholm. Birgitta Stenberg was born in Stockholm in 1932. She was educated in Visby and finally in Paris. Stenberg spent a lot of time in southern Europe improving her language skills.
