Malickathazhathu Pulluvazhy Narayana Pillai was born in the village of Pulluvazhy near Perumbavoor in Ernakulam district, Kerala. His early schooling was in the local school in Pulluvazhy and completed his Pre-University course at Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha. He then moved to Banaras Hindu University and after obtaining his B.Sc degree in Agricultural Science from there, he began his professional career as a telephone operator in the East German Consulate at Delhi. Later, he joined Central Planning Commission, Delhi as an economic investigator and worked there for five years. It was during this time that he started his literary career. V.K.N.' or VKN (abbreviated from his full name Vadakkke Koottala Narayanankutty Nair) (6 April 1932 - 25 January 2004) was a pathbreaking and celebrated Malayalam writer, noted mainly for his high-brow satire. M Swaraj (born 1979) is an Indian politician of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and was a representative of Thripunithura constituency in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. He was the former Kerala State Secretary of Students' Federation of India and Democratic Youth Federation of India.[1] He is a member of the CPI(M) Kerala State Secretariat and State Committee.
M. Swaraj was born at Pathar, Malappuram District. He attended SVHSS Palemad, Edakkara for his Secondary education. He then completed his BA degree in Economics from Mar Thoma College, Chungathara. He later pursued an LLB degree from Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram in 2004 and a Master's degree from Annamalai University in 2007.
