Brittany Johnston is a college professor by day and a writer by night, crafting dark fantasy romances filled with plot, spice, and everything morally gray. Her stories take readers on a journey through flawed, captivating characters, weaving in magic and unexpected, darker elements. Through her writing, she explores the complexity of human nature, believing that the morally gray areas of life reveal the most fascinating aspects of humanity, herself included. Currently pursuing a doctorate in English Literature, Brittany advocates for the power readers find in exploring lived experiences through darker themes and the acceptance of a broader, more nuanced understanding of love in literature.

C.R. Langille spent many a Saturday afternoon watching monster movies with her mom. It wasn't long before she started crafting nightmares to share with her readers. She is a retired, disabled veteran with a deep love for weird and creepy tales. This prompted her to form Timber Ghost Press in January of 2021. She is an affiliate member of the Horror Writers Association, the DEI Chair for the League of Utah Writers, and she received her MFA: Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University in 2014.
