I'm an illustrator who loves making books. I've had a few different jobs over the years, but my favourite before this one was making pizzas. If you can think of it, I have probably tried it on a pizza. Chips work surprisingly well as a topping. Donuts, not so much.

So far I've written the words and drawn the pictures for five picture books, including “The Dragon with the Blazing Bottom” and “Big Bad Dragon Club”. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy them a lot more than my pizzas.

Benji Davies is the illustrator of the Bizzy Bear books, Bizzy Bear: Let’s Go and Play and Bizzy Bear: Fun on the Farm. As a child, Benji knew that when he grew up he either wanted to make films or draw pictures in books. Harriet Ziefert

Harriet Ziefert grew up in North Bergen, New Jersey, where she attended the local schools. She graduated from Smith College, then received a Masters degree in Education from New York University.
