Mixon Trammell writes sci-fi with heart, historical fiction with grit, and author bios with mild discomfort. A career law enforcement officer, he's chased bad guys, wrangled cattle thieves, and now wrangles words, usually with less cussing.
He lives in Arcadia, Florida, with his wife, kids, and enough coffee to fuel a small starship. When he's not writing or patrolling the halls of a middle school, he's probably at the gym pretending to be in shape or reading something with spaceships, gunfights, or Florida history.

Well I've been married since the spring solstice, March 21st, 1970. I have two grown daughters and three grandchildren. My husband's job brought us to America in 1983, and after two years we started our own training company. Since then, I have designed, developed and delivered training solutions for business professionals worldwide including: Motorola, Hyatt Hotels, Siemens, DeVry University, GE Healthcare and HSBC.
