Children’s author K. Peach has been a storyteller as long as she can remember, cobbling together picture books at six years old and winning a Young Author’s Award in fourth grade. These days she is writing delightfully silly chapter books for young readers titled Tales from Slacksville. She hopes families and educators of young children come away from her stories with a lightness and humor that they’ve shared together that stays with them long after the book is closed. When she isn’t writing, K. Peach loves playing tabletop games with her family like Ticket to Ride, Catan Junior, and Splendor. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, son, and their border terrier named Gretel.
