Nancy Tupper Ling is a children's author, poet, librarian, and domestic engineer, not necessarily in that order. An award-winning author, Ling has numerous publications in poetry journals. Lucy Maud Montgomery was a Canadian author, best known for a series of novels beginning with Anne of Green Gables, published in 1908.
