Miri Cosette is an urban fantasy author always looking around the corner for sparks of old magic in our fast-paced, technology-driven world. Inspired by mythology and folklore, her books are her playground, where fairies, vampires, shifters, and mermaids exist. When she’s not arguing with her characters or struggling to remember words (what’s that spinny thing on the ceiling again? Oh, yeah — a fan), she’s slowly chipping away at her miles-long TBR, traveling, trying new restaurants, attempting to play musical instruments, and watching documentaries. She lives in Nebraska with her adoring husband and snarky shiba inu.

She loves riding horses, warm ocean beaches, and long walks in the mountains, none of which she can do in the Arctic, so she writes.
