Mark Hendriks

Mark Hendriks groeide op in Ouderkerk aan den Amstel. In 1990 volgde hij een jaar onderwijs aan de Vrije Tekenacademie in Amsterdam. Vervolgens studeerde Hendriks aan de Minerva academie te Groningen.
Na een stop van enkele jaren studeerde hij in 1997 af. Vlak hierna verhuisde Hendriks naar Amsterdam, om deel uit te maken van striptekenstudio De Zwarte Handel.

Mark Hendriks’ werk verscheen vanaf 1991 met grote regelmaat in diverse small-press stripbladen als Incognito en Zone5300. Eind 1994 maakte Hendriks zijn eerste Tomoyo-verhalen, wat in 1995 resulteerde in zijn eerste album waarvoor hij in 1996 de VSB-Aanmoedigingsprijs kreeg.

Daarna werkte hij een aantal jaren bij een reclamebureau. Inmiddels is De Graaf creatief directeur van een designbureau.

Sinds een aantal jaar tekent Erik de Graaf strips. Jeugdherinneringen zijn de inspiratie voor zijn strips. Niet alles wat hij tekent heeft hij zo beleefd, maar de strips geven wel een tijdbeeld. Zo hebben de gebruiksvoorwerpen die te zien zijn wel echt bestaan.

Aimée de Jongh (1988) is a comic author, animator and illustrator from the Netherlands, with a large variety of drawing styles. Aimée received her degree in Animation at the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam, KASK Ghent and at the Gobelins Summer School Paris.

She debuted with Snippers, a humorous daily comic series for the Dutch newspaper Metro. Her first graphic novel The Return of the Honey Buzzard won the Prix Saint-Michel and was adapted to film. Charlotte Van den Broeck

Charlotte Van den Broeck was born in Turnhout, Belgium, in 1991. After studies in English and German, she took a Masters in Drama at the Royal Conservatoire in Antwerp.
